Recommended by a friend, we signed up for the success course for our girl last Nov. The customer service is excellent, always answering my queries promptly even when I have many questions prior to signing up. They are always understanding and nice in communication. Tr Anne is awesome too. She is able to identify my girl’s strengths and weaknesses during the trial class. I have seen improvements in her area of weaknesses in this half year. The programme offered by L Central builds up a solid foundation to my child's learning process, he was struggling to sound out basic words to confidently reading sentences within just a few weeks. In addition, my child shows strong interest to the class every week and interact actively with the teacher and classmates.

After joining LCentral in K2, my daughter quickly progressed to reading English books independently and improved from being a struggling reader to topping her class - all thanks to their flexible scheduling (we easily arranged make-ups when busy) and wonderful teachers like Ms. Fatin at Parkway Parade, whose encouraging approach and fun sticker rewards made learning so effective and enjoyable!
